We went camping with family and it is night time. There is a few lights but the light barley touches past the gravel road into a field were my husband, kids and some men from my family are hanging around. I see some rabbits so I call to them but they move on and a coyote steps out of the darkness. I grab a branch and try to look and sound bigger to ward off the coyote from my Newborn son my husband is protecting. The coyote grabs my son gently and snarled at us a few times while trying to drag him away. My father, husband and I all try and scare it off while its surrounded but as it carries my son it begins to drag him and by the time it let's go in the light before defending my son again, my son is now a toddler.
